About us

Unik System Design is a Danish software company focusing on solutions for Property Management and Law Offices. Within each field Unik System Design in Denmark holds a market-share of more than 50%.

The company offers full-scale software services and maintenance for lawyers, investors, commercial, non-profit and public administration clients. Services range from initial consultancy and analysis to the supply of software, hardware, ASP, customised developments, training, as well as full maintenance of software and hardware.

UNIK Property

Unik Property is our flagship product for Property Management. It is a complete and fully integrated solution, wich has been specifically designed for covering all business areas of property management. The modularity of the system offers business advantages for small as well as large administrators with hundreds of users. Our clients manage from 50 to 70.000 units - for the time being our systems handle 500.000 units worth more than 150 billion €. Clients include property managers, non-profit housing organizations, public administration and property investors, many with portfolios over 1 billion €.

UNIK Advosys

Unik Advosys is a complete solution for Law Offices. It is a complete and fully integrated solution, which has been specifically designed for covering all business areas of Law Offices. The modularity of the system offers business advantages for small as well as large law companies. It is used by 400 law offices, including the two market leading Danish lawyer chains.

The strategic focus of Unik System Design

Customers benefit from a high level of technical and commercial experience within the company gained over the years from the supply of and successful installation of over 1000 systems, and from selecting a high quality of staff with a wide range of technical, business, property and law office backgrounds.

Unik System Design is located in two rapidly expanding business areas of the Scandinavian countries; in Copenhagen, as well as in the Triangle area in Jutland, Denmark. The company was founded in 1985 and now employs 85 dedicated and innovative people, with a deep knowledge of our customers´ business processes. The company is financially very healthy, and is owned by founder and CEO Jens Find.

All of our products benefit from advanced technology, which support our vision of creating highly, integrated client/server and Internet-based solutions and thus makes us capable of supporting and improving our customers´business processes.
